This comprehensive 10-week course is designed for coaches who want to deepen their understanding of neurodiversity, gaining insights and tools to enhance their coaching practice for clients with diverse ways of thinking and learning. Upon successful completion of this experiential learning programme, participants will be certified by Balanceology as a Neurodiversity Aware Coach.

What You Will Learn
In this interactive training, led by John Fleming PCC and supported by Jayne Morris MCC, participants will develop foundational skills to identify and understand neurodivergent traits.
You will gain insights into how neurodivergent traits may influence client behaviour, motivation, and the coaching process itself. This course offers practical strategies to help all clients achieve desired results while helping coaches assess if or when to make referrals to specialists.
