Phil is a dedicated coach and educator with a “healthy obsession” for science, human nature, and facilitating lasting personal change. After beginning his career teaching secondary science, Phil spent several successful years as a director in the hospitality industry. However, the demands of running the business took a toll, leading him into chronic fatigue syndrome. Determined to reclaim his well-being, he adopted a “no stone unturned” approach, dedicating over a decade to studying stress, anxiety, and fatigue recovery.
As Phil recovered, he began sharing his insights by delivering workshops on stress management and personal development. Today, he works as a transformational coach, driven by a passion for making neuroscience and psychology accessible and applicable. Phil’s approach integrates the latest scientific research to inspire meaningful and enduring change.
He holds a BSc(ed) in Science and Education and an MSc in The Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health. He is also trained in Voice Dialogue, Belief Clearing, and Emotional Freedom Technique. Outside of his professional life, Phil enjoys spending quality time with his family, which includes a three-legged French bulldog and a particularly wriggly boxer.
